"Meet with other sailing enthusiasts at our Meetup events, attend sailing education seminars, share stories, find skippers, find crew, and go sailing!!  Last year many members became crew on competitve racing boats, others learned to sail, and some went for day sails cruising around Long Island Sound. Our July sunset sail attracted 40 members, and we still had room for more.  Last year's "Speed Sailing" event included 13 skippers connecting with 22 potential crew members.  No sailing experience …

Sailing Enthusiasts probably is the best way to sum up this group.  We will meet to swap stories, socialize, but most of all to make plans to GET ON THE WATER, and enjoy the sailing lifestyle.  It's not necessary to have either a boat or experience.  The membership dues are $12 a year and are strictly enforced. Westchester Sail and Power Squadron ("WSPS") is part of the United States Power Squadron ("USPS"), the world's largest private, non-profit boating organization.
